What we do
Six services, each starting from what you already have.
| Service | What you send | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| DFM review | Drawing and STEP | Written notes on features that add cost or risk, before we quote |
| CAD modelling from sketches | Sketch, photos, dimensions | 3D model and a drawing to review |
| Reverse engineering of spare parts | The worn part, or its measurements | 3D model and a production drawing |
| ISO/DIN production drawings | A model or a legacy drawing | A drawing with tolerances and notes, ready to quote |
| Assembly design | Function, interfaces, loads | Parts and an assembly drawing that fit together |
| Cost-down redesign | Current drawing and target quantity | Changes that cut machining time, with the trade-offs listed |
From worn part to drawing
A spare part with no drawing is still a part we can measure. We capture its geometry and rebuild it as a clean model.
You then get a production drawing with tolerances and material, so the next part can be ordered from any shop.

Drawings a supplier can quote
A drawing with open tolerances or missing data means the quote is a guess. We check the drawing against a short list before it goes to a shop.
Where a change would cut cost without hurting function, we tell you what it is and what it trades away.
