What we check before parts leave

The points machine-building drawings usually call out, checked against your drawing.

  1. Drawing revisionEach batch is checked against the revision on your order, so a change between batches reaches the part.
  2. Fits and positionsBores, fits and hole positions measured on the features you mark as critical.
  3. Flatness after weldingMounting faces on welded bases machined after welding and checked for flatness.
  4. Weld qualityWelds inspected visually against the quality level on your drawing.
  5. Material on paperMaterial documented to EN 10204 3.1 and matched to the grade on your drawing.
  6. Critical dimensionsA measurement report for the features you mark, delivered with the parts.
